Not completely happy? No worries.

You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it. That is well beyond the legal 14-day cooling-off period, because we want you to order with confidence.

How returns work

  1. 1Send a message to our customer service at info@pavelo.eu with your order number and the products you would like to return.
  2. 2We will send you the correct return address with clear instructions. The return address can differ per product, so please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything.
  3. 3Send the parcel. Return shipping costs are yours; we recommend a shipping method with tracking.
  4. 4Once your return has arrived, you will receive your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.

Defective or wrong item?

We will fix that free of charge: with a replacement, a new shipment or a refund, whichever you prefer. Send us a message with your order number. We may ask for a photo or short video of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Who pays what?

  • Regular return (wrong size, or just not your thing): return shipping costs are yours.
  • Defective or wrong item delivered: all costs are on us.

Please return products unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
