1. Who we are
Pavelo is a Dutch web shop for home, lifestyle and tech products, available online at pavelo.eu. Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 42108587. VAT number: NL005504393B85. Contact: info@pavelo.eu.
2. Offer and prices
All prices on the site are in euros and include VAT. The offer is valid while stocks last. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, are not binding on Pavelo.
3. Ordering and payment
You pay securely using the payment methods in the checkout, including iDEAL and credit card. The agreement is concluded once you have received the order confirmation by email.
4. Delivery and shipping costs
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Below €50 shipping costs €6.95; from €50 shipping is free. Delivery takes 5 to 8 working days. Every shipment includes tracking. An order may arrive in multiple parcels; you never pay extra shipping for this.
5. Cooling-off period and returns
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Pavelo gives you more time: you may return within 30 days of receipt. Register your return via info@pavelo.eu; you will then receive the return address and instructions. After we receive your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days at the latest, via your original payment method.
6. Return costs
For a regular return, the return shipping costs are yours. If a product is defective or the wrong item was delivered, we resolve it free of charge with a replacement, a new shipment or a refund; we may ask for a photo or short video.
7. Warranty
Everything you buy from us is covered by the statutory warranty: a product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. If it does not, we will arrange repair, replacement or a refund.
8. Complaints
Something not right? Email us at info@pavelo.eu. You will hear from us within 1 working day, 2 at the latest. For a formal complaint the statutory term applies: you will receive a substantive answer within 14 days at the latest. We always look for a solution together first.
9. Pavo Points
With our loyalty programme you earn Pavo Points on your orders. Points have no cash value and are not transferable; you redeem them for credit codes as explained on the site. If an order is cancelled or returned, the points awarded for it may be reversed.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to every agreement with Pavelo. Disputes we cannot resolve together will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
